Our home was newly built in August 2004, and is furnished to the highest standards. It is situated in a fantastic location: just 10 minutes from the beautiful islands of Sanibel and Captiva, and Fort Myers Beach, with many Championship golf courses within easy reach.
The home is fully air-conditioned and offers luxurious and spacious accommodation. It is beautifully carpeted and tiled throughout in cool shades.
We have a large and Italian-style pool, with underwater lighting. Around it are sun loungers and patio chairs with a large patio table.
Telephone with free local calls, video, DVD and multiple televisions are provided. Internet access is available at no cost; just take your laptop, pre-loaded with software from the access-4-free website before you go.
The master Bedroom has a King size bed and en-suite luxury bathroom including a large walk-in shower.
The 2nd Bedroom has a Queen size double bed, and the 3rd bedroom has twin beds.
The kitchen is extremely well appointed, including large fridge freezer with automatic ice dispenser and water filter, microwave, large oven and dishwasher. The adjoining breakfast area overlooks the lanai and pool. A washing machine and dryer are provided in a separate laundry room.
All bed linen and towels are provided with hairdryers in both bathrooms. Normal use of gas, water and electricity is included in the rental price, as is the final cleaning of the property.
There are ceiling fans and smoke alarms throughout. Pool cleaning and garden maintenance are undertaken weekly, and our property maintenance manager offers a comprehensive service to ensure you enjoy your vacation. |
