On this site you will find details of how to rent our villa, a luxury fully furnished  home with a  private pool. The pool has an enclosure and a lanai (shaded porch) to enable you to get out of the sun   without having to go indoors!

Our home in Colonial Pointe, Fort Myers was newly built in August 2004, and is furnished to the highest standards.

It's in a fantastic location: just 10 minutes from the glorious west coast islands of Sanibel and Captiva, and Fort Myers Beach; and with championship golf courses at every turn.

It's within easy reach of all kinds of facilities you could want on vacation.
